Building Surveyor

A successful Multi-disciplinary Consultancy is now looking for a highly professional and experienced Building Surveyor to join their Birmingham office.

The Building Surveyor role

The successful Building Surveyor will be working predominantly on large scale projects, starting from £3M, within the public and private sectors, especially retail and education.

This is a great opportunity for an individual who is looking to progress their career in Building Surveying with a focus on projects.

There is an element of the professional services side including stock condition surveys, fee contracts and contract administration.

The Building Surveyor

• A Degree in Building Surveying
• 2 plus years' experience working within a consultancy or experience working within the mentioned sectors
• Project delivery experience
• Eager to develop, personally and professionally
