Building Surveyor

The opportunity for an experienced Building Surveyor has arisen to join the Building Consultancy department for a global real estate consultancy in their Birmingham office.

As the new Building Surveyor you will be working with a range of investor clients, joining a busy regional office and be working alongside other internal departments such as investment, agency, managed services and valuations.

The successful Building Surveyor will be outward-looking and an all-rounder with good team spirit and experience with preparing and negotiating schedules of dilapidations, reinstatement cost assessments, undertaking building surveyor's inspections and preparing reports.

The successful Building Surveyor

• MRICS qualified or proven experience with a commerical consultancy
• Have strong verbal and numerical skills and be comfortable with report writing
• Experience with AutoCAD would be an adavantage
• Work well in a team and on own initiative
• Must be well presented and client facing
• Clean driving licence
