Building Surveyor

The world's leading commercial real estate consultancy is now looking to bring on a talented and ambitious Building Surveyor, to join them in their Manchester city center office.

With offices across the country and worldwide, this consultancy is ever growing and continues to employ members of staff to join the empire that they've built, with brilliant staff retention by promoting from within and rewarding hard work.

As the new Building Surveyor, you will be working on some of their most prestigious projects within the commercial and retail sectors. Providing a range of professional services including dilapidations, party wall matters, surveys, and maintenance works.

You will be working with some of the biggest clients in the industry and therefore knowing how to maintain relationships and eventually create new ones is key.

The Building Surveyor

• MRICS qualified or equivalent
• Consultancy experience
• Professional bias
• Multisector project experience
• Have an ambitious and driven attitude
• Strive for personal and professional progression
• Keen to learn and to teach others
• A full UK driving license
• Strong communication skills both verbal and written
