Building Surveyor

A self-motivated Building Surveyor based in Birmingham, is now needed to join a Building Surveying consultancy, that provide expert and impartial advice on all types of property matters nationwide.

If you are the successful Building Surveyor, you'll be working on projects that vary across the residential, commercial, industrial and education sectors, and have a predominantly professional bias, as they have very little project work.

As the new Building Surveyor, you will preferably have experience or be willing to carry out expert witness work with trading standards and the police. As well as various other professional services such as; dilapidations, party wall matters and building surveys.

Projects are nationwide and therefore you will be required to travel daily as part of your role.

The Building Surveyor

• MRICS or working towards (not essential)
• A professional bias
• Experience with dilapidations, expert witness, and party wall matters
• Previous church project experience would be an advantage
• Strong report writer
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
• A clean full UK license
