A Multidisciplinary Construction Consultancy are looking for a Principal Designer to undertake Building Safety Act 2022 design responsibilities. The BR Principal Designer will work in a very sociable and collaborative office.

This Construction Consultancy always try to be at the forefront of the industry and always look to promote from within, especially considering the Building Safety Act 2022 Principal Designer is a relatively new service.

BR Principal Designer

The Principal Designer will be an experienced Architect or Building Controls professional, with good knowledge of the Building Safety Act 2022 regulations. Holding memberships such as RIBA, CABE, CIOB or any other relevant membership to Architecture, Design or Building control will be very beneficial.

BR Principal Designer

• Degree level within either Architecture or Engineering
• Knowledge of Building Safety Act 2022
• RIBA or CABE preferable
• Project experience working on Building Safety Act 2022 preferable
