Associate Quantity Surveyor

A highly decorated Quantity Surveying consultancy are seeking an Associate Quantity Surveyor to join their specialist mechanical and electrical, cost management team in London.

The Associate Quantity Surveyor's Role

The successful Associate Quantity Surveyor will work alongside 3 MEP Partners in delivering technically stimulating, large scale projects across several sectors including residential, commercial, sports, infrastructure, and data centres.

The successful Associate Quantity Surveyor shall take on management responsibilities, alongside carrying out a traditional cost management, project delivery role:

• Preparing cost plans independently
• Managing the M&E costs
• Providing commercial advice to clients
• Pre and post contract services

The Associate Quantity Surveyor

• M&E or MEP background
• MRICS
• Professional and enthusiastic
• Pre and post cost management knowledge
• Good cost planning experience
• PQS / Consultancy background
