Associate Quantity Surveyor

An ambitious Quantity Surveying consultancy is looking to strengthen their London presence by bringing in an Associate Quantity Surveyor, who is comfortable carrying out a quantity surveying and employers agent role.

The Associate Quantity Surveyor's Role

The successful Associate Quantity Surveyor will predominantly undertake a project delivery focused role. Leading and delivering, large scale, major residential projects across the Southeast, acting as a Quantity Surveyor and Employers Agent.

After settling into the role, the Associate Quantity Surveyor will hire an Assistant Quantity Surveyor to support them with the day to day, pre and post contract services. This will be the starting point of growing your quantity surveying team.

The Associate Quantity Surveyor

• Completed a construction related degree
• MRICS would be a plus, but not essential
• Residential / public sector project experience
• Comfortable acting as a Quantity Surveyor and Employers Agent
• Ambitious, client facing
• UK PQS/ Consultancy background
• Driving licence - essential
