Associate Quantity Surveyor (MEP)

The Director of a global consultancy is seeking an experienced MEP Quantity Surveyor to head up the London and South East MEP division, with the view of significantly expanding the service and size of the team.

The Associate Quantity Surveyor's Role

From day one, the goal of the new Associate Quantity Surveyor will be to grow and expand what currently exists, which is a team of two MEP Quantity Surveyor's and a diverse portfolio of work within the private and public sector.

To be specific, the successful Associate Quantity Surveyor will provide an MEP service on large residential towers, private residential and commercial office schemes. You will also be on some highly sought after, local authority frameworks.

The Associate Quantity Surveyor

This opportunity will suit a Senior to Associate Director level Quantity Surveyor who is a leader and has the appetite for a big opportunity.

• MRICS or equivalent
• Experience of leading a MEP team
• Able to commute to London
• Technically strong, MEP, quantity surveying experience
• Client facing
• Ambitious personality
