Associate Quantity Surveyor

A highly respected Quantity Surveying consultancy with a national presence are seeking an Associate Quantity Surveyor to join their headquarters in Central London due to a number of internal promotions and new project wins.

The Associate Quantity Surveyor's Role

The successful Associate Quantity Surveyor will join a Quantity Surveying team of 50+ who are working across an array of projects including London based hotels, mixed use, education, and residential schemes.

Day to day, the successful Associate Quantity Surveyor will support a Partner and undertake a project delivery and client facing role. You will also manage a small team of Quantity Surveyors.

The Associate Quantity Surveyor

• Quantity Surveying experience within a cost management/consultancy practice
• Completed a RICS accredited degree and/or MRICS
• A successful track record of delivering projects
• Excellent pre and post cost management knowledge
