Associate Director - Building Surveyor

A well-established, multi-disciplinary consultancy based in Manchester are looking for an intelligent, dedicated Associate Director to join their strong Building Surveying team.

The Associate Director role

The successful Associate Director will be working on a range of professional and project work for a combination of small private investment companies, institutions and corporate clients.

Professional services include building surveys, dilapidations, contract administration, development monitoring, defect analysis, party wall, technical due diligence and specifications/schedule of works.

You will be delivering a variety of diverse projects including refurbishments, maintenance, repairs, new builds and fit-outs, from inception to completion across a range of sectors including retail, industrial, residential and office.

As the new Associate Director, you will have responsibility to contribute to the department business plan, undertake business development and assist in the management of junior colleagues.

• A Building Surveying Degree
• Professional and project work experience
• Consultancy background
• Experience working on projects from inception to completion
• Involvement within business development
• Confident within a client facing role
