Associate Director - Building Surveyor

An industry leading, Building Surveying consultancy, based in the heart of Manchester, are looking to add a dedicated Associate Director, with a Building Surveying background, to their successful team.

The Associate Director role

The successful Associate Director will be working on professional services and projects across the board, supporting their team of Building Surveyors of all levels from Graduate to Senior and working closely with the Directors.

Alongside being a leader and a role model to your team, you will be working on dilapidations, pre-acquisition surveys, contract administration, design specifications, and condition surveys.

Projects include refurbishment, repair, and maintenance projects ranging from £10,000 to £5M within the commercial, residential, industrial, and retail sectors.

This is a great opportunity for a Senior Building Surveyor who is looking to develop their career and take on more responsibilities, manage a team and help with business development.
