Associate Director - Building Surveyor

A diverse opportunity has arisen for a confident and client facing Associate Director with a Building Surveying background, to join a growing Building Surveying Consultancy in Bristol.

The Associate Director role

This Building Surveying role is predominantly project based alongside a range of technical and professional services within sectors including commercial, retail, leisure, office, industrial and living.

The role also includes working on the full rang of professional surveying including planned maintenance, defect diagnosis, party wall matters, insurance valuations, expert witness and schedule of condition.

You will be working on an exciting and diverse array of projects from inception to completion including internal fit-outs, multi-million-pound new builds, refurbishments and maintenance works.

As the new Associate Director, there will be responsibility to be involved in business development, managing your own pipeline of work and clients and supporting the Building Surveying team.

• A Building Surveying Degree
• Commercial background
• Project delivery & Professional services experience
• Eager to be involved in Business Development
