Associate Director - Building Surveyor

A forward thinking, multi-disciplinary practice, based in Liverpool, are looking for a dedicated Building surveyor to come in as an Associate Director and strengthen their professional Building Surveying team.

The Associate Director role

The successful Associate Director will come from a Building Surveying background and will predominantly work on a range of professional services alongside helping run an expanding portfolio of projects.

The consultancy has recently secured an exciting retail project, one of their largest contracts to date, and as such are looking for an ambitious Building Surveyor to come in and help run the project and support the team.

The Building Surveyor will be working on projects ranging from high end listed properties to retail, healthcare and industrial buildings. This includes internal refurbishments, external repairs, multi-million-pound new builds and internal strip-outs and fit-outs.

This Building Surveying role also entails routine professional services including dilapidations, acquisitions, party wall, planned maintenance, reinstatement cost assessments, contract administration, building defects and schedule of conditions.

The Associate Director

• Project delivery and professional services experience
• Involvement within business development and managing staff members
• Comfortable building relationships with clients
• Previous experience working within the mentioned sectors
