Associate Director - Building Surveyor

A new opportunity has arisen for a confident and dedicated Associate Director to join a growing Building Surveying practice in the heart of Manchester.

The Associate Director role

The successful Associate Director will be supporting a team of professional Building Surveyors of all levels from Graduate to Senior.

Alongside being a leader and a role model to your tam, you will be required to carry out an array of professional services including but not limited to; dilapidations, pre-acquisition surveys, contract administration, design specifications, and condition surveys.

Projects you will work on include refurbishment, repair, and maintenance projects ranging from £10,000 to £5M within the commercial, residential, industrial, and retail sectors.

This is a great opportunity for an individual who is looking to take develop their career and take on more responsibilities, manage a team and help with business development.
