Associate Director - Building Surveyor

An independent and forward-thinking Building Surveying Consultancy are looking to add a dedicated Associate Director to their Leeds office.

The Associate Director role

The successful Associate Director will be working on dilapidations, defect diagnosis, party wall, technical due diligence, contract administration, expert witness, and defect diagnosis.

Alongside a range of professional services, you will be working on a variety of diverse and exciting projects including refurbishments, repairs, and new builds predominantly within the commercial sector.

As the new Associate Director, you will have a responsibility to manage a team of intelligent Building Surveyors of all levels and be involved in the development of the business.
