An independent commercial property consultancy based in London's West End are seeking an Associate Director - Building Surveyor to assist in the development of their small yet expanding Building Consultancy team.

The successful Associate Director - Building Surveyor will work alongside the Director of Building Surveying in a collaborative effort to expand their London Building Surveying discipline and carry out a variety of commercially focused projects.

The Successful Associate Director - Building Surveyor?

• MRICS preferred
• Confident in carrying out a variety of traditional building consultancy disciplines
• Experience carrying out a client-facing role in a commercially led private practice/consultancy
• Self-motivated, well-organised with a keen attention to detail
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
