Associate Director

A leading Real Estate Consultancy are seeking a new Quantity Surveyor to join as an Associate Director and help grow the London Quantity Surveying and Project Management team.

The Associate Director's Role

The Partners are seeking a technically strong Quantity Surveyor to join their London office as an Associate Director where you will be responsible for delivering major projects, earning fees, and leading the Quantity Surveying team.

To begin with, the new Quantity Surveyor will work on a £160m+ project, whilst also supporting on a broad portfolio of projects which include hotel, residential, logistic, fit out, and art projects.

Once settled into the team, the Partners are looking to promote the successful Quantity Surveyor to Director where fee earning becomes a more substantial part of the role.

The Associate Director - Quantity Surveyor

• Experienced Quantity Surveyor
• Strong delivery (pre and post contract) experience
• Able to lead a small Quantity Surveying team
• Capable of earning fees
• MRICS is ideal
