Associate Building Surveyor

A reputable and team-focused Building Consultancy are looking for an Associate Building Surveyor to join their Wakefield team.

The Associate Building Surveyors' role

The successful Associate Building Surveyor will be working side by side with the Director, leading a variety of projects across sectors including MoD, MoJ, industrial & warehouse, and office.

As well as this, the Associate Building Surveyor will be working closely with a sociable and close-knit team to deliver professional services including dilapidations, condition reports, party wall, defect analysis, measured surveys and acquisition surveys.

As the new Associate Building Surveyor, you'll be involved in business development, client management and team leadership, offering the perfect environment for a career-focused individual keen to develop their professional expertise.

The Associate Building Surveyor

The successful Associate Building Surveyor will ideally be a technically minded individual.

• Proven experience, both project and professional
• MRICS qualification is preferred
• Previous consultancy experience is beneficial
