Associate Building Surveyor

I have newly partnered with an innovative and global leading real estate consultancy, that are now seeking a Building Surveyor at Associate level to head up and develop their Building Surveying team in Liverpool.

You will be joining a multi-service company that provide Building Surveying, Cost Management, Project Management, and various other disciplines.

Offering a tailored pathway to Directorship, flexible working and a fascinating client portfolio comprised of office suites, warehouses, and retail.

The successful Associate Director / Building Surveyor?

• MRICS qualified
• Experience with technical due diligence, dilapidations, defects analysis and diagnosis
• Have previous experience in a similar private practice/ consultancy role
• Be commercially minded, forward-thinking, with an ability to build and develop key client relationships
• Confident in working both autonomously, and as part of a team

In return, the Successful Associate Director/ Building Surveyor will receive;

• £55,000 - £65,000 basic salary
• £6,000 Car allowance
