A property and construction consultancy client are now seeking an Associate Building Surveyor to join their collaborative team of 24 mixed professionals, in their North London offices.

This is an opportunity for a well-seasoned Associate Building Surveyor who has strong technical knowledge and ability, who is keen to work their way up to Partnership.

Role and responsibilities

The successful Associate Building Surveyor will collaboratively work with the rest of the team, made up of BS, QS and architects, servicing a range of clients in the commercial, retail, residential and public sectors.

Your role as Associate Building Surveyor will be to carry out predominantly contract administration and project management duties, as well as specification writing, building surveys and pre and post contract services.

Person specification

This role will suit an Associate Building Surveyor who works well in a close-knit environment and who has the communicative skillset to generate and maintain new business.

  • MRICS qualified
  • RICS accredited degree
  • Comes from a consultancy background
  • Commericially minded and business development focused
  • A project or well-rounded services knowledge
