A long standing, well-established, larger High End Residential developer and refurbishment contractor is looking to add a dynamic and enthusiastic Assistant Site Manager to their growing team.

The Company

The successful Assistant Site Manager will join a team of over 100 people who specialize in bespoke residential luxury refurbishments and their own developments throughout Belgravia.

The company operate almost exclusively within Belgravia and surrounding areas.

They also operate in an extremely niche and stable marketplace.

The Assistant Site Manager Role

The successful Assistant Site Manager will be site-based working on some of the best properties that London has to offer. This really is an opportunity to work on Ultra Prime residential refurbishments.

You will have to have experience on High End Residential refurbishments in the Prime and ultra prime areas of london

The Assistant Site Manager - Requirements

• High end residential experience
• Excellent organisational & team management skills
• Good computer skills
• Construction background
