An extremely well established medium sized high-end residential developer in Surrey is seeking an Assistant Site Manager to help manage an ever growing pipeline.

They are looking for an Assistant Site Manager with experience of residential construction.

High end, prime luxury one off residential homes experience is beneficial.

The Company

Projects are focused on building one off prestigious homes in the high-end residential market within numerous prestigious parks in the Surrey area.

The company currently has an incredibly strong pipeline and believe strongly in investing in their team.

The Assistant Site Manager role

The Assistant Site Manager will be site based in Surrey and responsible for overseeing the construction of a 5 - 10000sqft house - you will be No1 on the site but will receive assistance from the Contracts Manager and other Senior Site managers on the team.

Working hours are from 8am - 4:30pm and due to the workload being on the prestigious parks in Surrey you are unable to operate outside of these hours and not on bank holidays.

All of the companies sites are located within 5 - 10 minutes of each other so you are never far from help.

You will also be trained in how to operate the crane.

You will help to oversee a family of subcontractors that are very well versed in the product the company offers and therefore are competent at producing the quality expected.

The Assistant Site Manager will be overseeing a 7000 SQFT house.

The Site Manager will have a Residential Construction background

You will have -

• Experience in residential construction
• Understanding of the modern build process
• A willingness to learn
• A keen eye for detail and high-quality finishes
• Excellent organisational & team management skills
• Excellent communication skills
