Assistant Quantity Surveyor

An incredible opportunity has arisen for an energetic, driven Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join a specialist Residential Main Contractor in East London.

This Contractor specialises in the Design & Build construction of new build, mixed use Residential schemes, medium to high rise. Working on logistically challenging occupied London brown field sites.

The successful Assistant Quantity Surveyor will work on a 46-unit (£17m) project and will receive unfounded training, development, and progression.

This could be the perfect opportunity for an ambitious Assistant QS looking to take that next step up to QS.

The Assistant Quantity Surveyor

The successful Assistant Quantity Surveyor will have:

• Experience working with a Main Contractor or Developer
• Experience working on residential projects
• A construction related degree qualification or HNC
• Experience in a similar role
