Assistant Quantity Surveyor

An amazing opportunity has arisen for a talented and ambitious Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join a small, family run House Builder based in Surrey.

The Company

The company have built an excellent reputation building award-winning homes across Surrey, Berkshire, and Hampshire.

As well as carrying out beautiful residential new build developments they also work on private client refurbishments and extensions.

With an impressive pipeline of exciting projects coming up, they are hoping to add a driven Assistant Quantity Surveyor eager to learn and progress long term with the company.

This role comes with incredible support, training, and development. Working closely alongside the Senior Surveyor and Commercial Manager. This is the perfect opportunity for an Assistant QS eager to progress and make a real impact within a company.

The Assistant Quantity Surveyor

The successful Assistant Quantity Surveyor will have:

• Experience working with a developer / house builder
• Experience working on residential projects (new build or refurbishment)
• The desire to join a small company and have a real impact on the day to day

In Return?

The company are happy to discuss individual requirements based on experience but are looking to offer:

• £30,000 - £40,000
• Car allowance
