Assistant Quantity Surveyor

An incredible opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic, career focused Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join an award-winning Luxury Property Developer in St Albans.

The successful Assistant Quantity Surveyor will work on prestigious, super prime design & build projects building beautiful high-quality homes.

With over 30 years success in the industry, the Assistant Quantity Surveyor will join a well-established team working on custom built homes from start to finish.

The role comes with incredible opportunity for development and progression, with strong guidance and training from the Senior Surveyor and Commercial Director.

The Assistant Quantity Surveyor

The successful Assistant Quantity Surveyor will have:

• Experience working with a House Builder / Developer
• Experience working on residential projects
• A HNC or construction related degree qualification is beneficial
• Experience in a similar role or a Trainee looking for a step up
