Assistant Quantity Surveyor

A Luxury Main Contractor in Kensington are looking to add a talented, commercially minded Assistant Quantity Surveyor to their team.

The Company

The successful Assistant Quantity Surveyor will help delivery High-End Design & Build, new build, and refurbishment residential and commercial projects in Central London.

With over 15 years industry success, this luxury contractor pride themselves on being able to offer a cost-efficient service alongside very high levels of customer services. This is exemplified by the fact that over 75% of work comes from either repeat business or word of mouth recommendations.

They currently have a fantastic opportunity for an Assistant Quantity Surveyor to work on multiple high-end residential refurbishment contracts in Central London, working alongside the Senior QS.

The Assistant Quantity Surveyor

The successful Assistant Quantity Surveyor will have:

• Experience working with a main contractor or developer
• Experience working on Residential or Commercial projects
• Experience with pricing, bills of quantities, and take offs
• Previous experience in a similar role
