Assistant Quantity Surveyor

A supportive and nurturing quantity surveying consultancy are seeking an Assistant Quantity Surveyor for their Hampshire based office where you will benefit from exceptional APC training as well as, gaining a broad range of exposure.

The Assistant Quantity Surveyor's Role

The successful Assistant Quantity Surveyor will be joining the consultancy's Winchester office where you will work with an Associate Quantity Surveyor on residential, higher education, commercial, and health projects across the South.

Day to day, the successful Assistant Quantity Surveyor will carry a mixture of pre and post cost management roles with the view of moving you towards managing your own projects.

The practice believe in expanding all of their quantity surveyors skill set, therefore, the successful Assistant Quantity Surveyor will also get the chance to carry out employer's agent and project managment roles.

The Assistant Quantity Surveyor

• Hold a RICS accredited degree or working towards
• 12+ months Quantity Surveying experience
• Basic pre and post contract experience
• Eager to achieve MRICS
• Driving licence and car
