Assistant Quantity Surveyor

A renowned global Contractor are looking to add a talented, commercially minded Assistant Quantity Surveyor to their Hatfield office.

The successful Assistant Quantity Surveyor will join the company's thriving refurbishment division carrying out over £40m worth of exciting projects in London and around the M25.

This division is renowned for regenerating local areas working largely in the decent homes and social housing sectors.

The Assistant Quantity Surveyor

The successful Assistant Quantity Surveyor will assist the Senior QS with commercial administration and management on a number of live projects and projects at pre-construction phase, working closely alongside the finance, accounts, and estimating teams.

You will have:

• A construction related degree qualification
• Experience working on social housing / decent homes projects
• Previous experience working in a surveying position
