Assistant Quantity Surveyor

A multi award-winning Luxury Developer are looking to add a talented, hardworking Assistant Quantity Surveyor to an exciting project in Weybridge.

The Company

The successful Assistant Quantity Surveyor will join a renowned luxury developer with over £300m of properties under construction and over 17 years' success in the industry.

They have designed and built some of the world's most beautiful homes and have exciting plans for the future.

The Assistant Quantity Surveyor Role

The successful Assistant Quantity Surveyor will split their time between working from home where needed and on site on an exciting new build development in Weybridge.

The project has the potential to be a long term, multiphase development. Phase one planning has been signed off and is due to start on site in December and consists of 35-units.

Working alongside the company Director, helping to drive the project forward. The company buy land and develop on this land as the client.

The Assistant Quantity Surveyor

The successful Assistant Quantity Surveyor will have:

• Experience working with a main contractor or developer
• Experience working on residential projects
• Experience working on projects from start to finish is ideal
• Previous experience in a similar role
• A construction related degree qualification

The company are happy to discuss individual requirements based on experience but are looking to offer:

• £30,000 - £40,000
