A medium sized, regional Developer in London are looking to add a talented, energetic, and ambitious Assistant Quantity Surveyor to their team.

This Developer takes on a varied and exciting range of projects, from one-off bespoke new builds, high-end luxury apartments, beautiful family homes and more!

The role comes offers incredible training, support, and development with a clear career path & progression in mind. This could be the perfect opportunity for an ambitious Assistant QS eager to join a smaller company who, with the right support, will progress to QS in the near future.

The Assistant Quantity Surveyor

The successful Assistant Quantity Surveyor will have:

• Experience in a similar role
• Experience working with a main contractor or developer
• Experience working on residential new build projects
