Assistant Quantity Surveyor

An incredible opportunity has arisen for a talented and ambitious Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join one of the UK's largest and most prestigious House Builders based in Chelmsford.

The successful Assistant Quantity Surveyor will join an energetic, well-established team working closely alongside the Commercial Director and assisting on exciting residential developments.

Projects vary from smaller more bespoke projects, 2, 3, & 4 bedroom houses, apartment blocks. They boast a strong pipeline of projects and have no shortage of exciting developments kicking off over the next few months.

The role comes with incredible support and opportunity for progression and could be the perfect opportunity for a driven Assistant Quantity Surveyor eager to learn and develop within a company long term.

The Assistant Quantity Surveyor

The successful Assistant Quantity Surveyor will have:

• Experience working with a House Builder / Developer
• Experience working on residential projects
• Previous experience in a similar role
• COINS experience is ideal
