Assistant Principal Designer CDM

A multi-disciplinary Construction Consultancy are looking to hire a Junior Principal Designer / CDM Advisor for their London office. This company is a medium sized business, with a sociable work culture. This Consultancy has a very high employee retention rate, they offer a workload that is entertaining but does not overload you, allowing you to develop your skills as you enjoy your work. This opportunity comes with direct line into a Principal Design role.

Principal Designer

The Principal Designer / CDM Advisor will be assiting with a varied potfolio of projects over an interesting range of sectors. Carrying out site inspections and supporting with Design meetings/writing, they will be developing their core knowledge of CDM 2015 as their career also develops.

Principal Designer requirements

• 1 year CDM experience
• NEBOSH Construction or Fire
• IOSHH Membership
• APS Membership (prefferable)
