I am partnered with an established independent consultancy who are actively seeking an ambitious Assistant Building Surveyor to join their diverse and social team of Chartered Building Surveyors.

The successful Building Surveyor on a day-to-day basis you will have the opportunity to work on a broad spectrum of building surveying commissions including defect diagnosis, planned maintenance, development monitoring and party wall matters

This role provides for an opportunity for an Assistant Building Surveyor to be apart of a multi-disciplinary project team, be exposed to a high level of professionalism and quality and learn a variety of skills needed to work towards their APC.

The Successful Assistant Building Surveyor?

• Have previous experience within a consultancy desirable
• BSc/MSc Building surveying
• Articulate
• An interest in building pathology
• Good work Ethic
• Clear desire to become chartered

In Return, the Successful Assistant Building Surveyor will receive;

• £22,000-£30,000(negotiable)
