Assistant Building Surveyor

A leading, worldwide real estate consultancy, with a fascinating and exciting portfolio of clients, are now seeking an Assistant Building Surveyor to join them in their Birmingham city center office.

As the new Assistant Building Surveyor you will be joining a multi-service company that provide Building Surveying, Cost Management, Project Management, among various other disciplines. You will join exisiting Building Surveying team that is continuing to grow, where you will work on the full range of Building Surveying services.

You will work across multiple sectors including, industrial, commercial, education, healthcare and retail. Having strong professional services experience would be an adavantage for example, dilapidations, schedules of condition, pre-acquisition surveys and party-wall awards.

If you are the succesfull Assistant Building Surveyor, you will benefit from a tracked progression pathway to directorship, continous support with training and futher developing and a generous bonus scheme and pay package.

The successful Assistant Building Surveyor

• 1-2 years PQE (Not essential)
• Strong work ethic, proactive and a good team player
• Good communication skills both verbal and written
• Client facing
• Excellent time management and organisation
• Previous consultancy experience
• Drive to continue progressing to directoship level
• Multi-sector experience
• Clean driving license
