Assistant Building Surveyor

An ambitious Assistant Building Surveyor is now needed to support this Building Surveying consultancy on their Commercial Property projects, based in Harrogate, North Yorkshire.

As the new Assistant Building Surveyor, you will be working on various projects, providing traditional building surveying services such as; dilapidations and schedules of conditions. You'll be dealing with landlords and solicitors, therefore needing a business state of mind and negotiation skills is essential.

This role will include some travel on a national basis and include some overnight stays.

The Assistant Building Surveyor

• CAD experience is preferrable
• Experience in both building surveying and project management
• Confident in communicating with fellow professionals, contractors, clients, landlord and solicitors
• Be efficient and organised
• Clean driving license
