Role and responsibilities

The successful Assistant Building Surveyor will get exposure to interesting and diverse projects, from housing, education, commercial, care and health schemes.

As the chosen Assistant Building Surveyor you'll play a crucial part in assisting and developing future project, with a focus on retrofit and energy efficient projects.

Person specification

The chosen Assistant Building Surveyor will be a keen learner who is focused on their self-progression and who can work collaboratively with their peers.

• BSc/ MSc, ideally in Building Surveyor or RICS accredited
• Have made progress on your APC diary
• A consultancy or private practice experience
• Strong written ability and confident verbal communication skills
