Assistant Building Surveyor

A well-established multi-disciplinary consultancy is now looking for a hardworking and bright Assistant Building Surveyor to join their team based in Leamington Spa.

The Assistant Building Surveyor role

The successful Assistant Building Surveyor will be working on a variety of professional services and projects with a focus on employers agent and new build projects.

Alongside this, you will be working on site inspections, contract administration, design, tender documentation, drafting project execution plans and managing various projects on site.

You will be working on a range of new build projects including residential new build housing schemes, commercial office new builds and hotel new builds.

This is a great opportunity for an Assistant Building Surveyor who is looking to focus on a specific part of Building Surveying and gain experience in working within a specific / niche role.

The Assistant Building Surveyor

• A Building Surveying Degree
• Consultancy experience
• An interest in New Build Projects and Employers Agent
• An eager, confident individual
