A growing Building Surveying Consultancy are looking to add an enthusiastic and ambitious Assistant Building Surveyor to their Birmingham team.

The Assistant Building Surveyor role

The successful Assistant Building Surveyor will be joining a medium sized office of talented individuals specialising in Building Surveying with a focus on dilapidations and cost consultancy.

There is a mix of project and professional services work predominantly within the commercial and industrial sectors.

Projects include refurbishments, maintenance, extensions, repairs, fit-outs, and new builds ranging from £10,000 - £5M.

This is a great opportunity for an individual who is eager to gain a well-rounded experience. There is flexibility to choose where your focus lies within the role.

• Confident dealing with Clients
