Assistant Building Surveyor

A forward-thinking private practice based on the West Kent/Sussex border are seeking an APC enrolled Assistant Building Surveyor to join their close-knit yet expanding team.

This is a client-facing role enabling the successful Assistant Building Surveyor to assist in a range of exciting projects diversifying across sectors including residential, commercial and retail across London and the South.

The successful Assistant Building Surveyor will be given the opportunity to carry out a broad remit of traditional building surveying services including schedules of dilapidations, contract administration and defect diagnosis and will be given full APC training and support towards achieving MRICS status.

• Client-facing, enthusiastic with a keen willingness to learn
• BSc/MSc in Building Surveying
• APC enrolled
• Based within commutable distance of West Kent and Central London
