The successful Assistant Building Surveyor will have 2+ years industry experience having carried out a variety of professional services such as acquisition surveys and schedules of dilapidations.

Tailored APC support provided from a team of successful Chartered Building Surveyors and Assessors.

• Acquisition advisory

• License of alterations
• Schedules of condition

The Successful Assistant Building Surveyor

• 2+ years' experience in a client-facing building surveying role
• Enrolled on the APC pathway
• Experience in carrying out professional services preferred
• A positive, client-facing demeanour
• An MSc/BSc in Building Surveying
