An opportunity has arisen for a confident Assistant Building Surveyor to join a growing commercial property consultancy based in Newcastle.
The Assistant Building Surveyor role
The successful Assistant Building Surveyor will be working predominantly within the commercial and office sectors working on dilapidations, design, schedule of condition, contract administration and party wall.
The Assistant Building Surveyor will be working on projects within the mentioned sectors including office fit outs circa £5M.
The Assistant Building Surveyor
Ideally, the Assistant Building Surveyor will have a few years relevant experience and keen to complete their APC or have recently completed their APC and gained Chartership but is looking for more experience and somewhere they can get their foot in the door.
