An award winning Property and Construction Consultancy based within close proximity of Birmingham Snow Hill Station are seeking an Assistant Building Surveyor to join their close-knit and expanding team.

The role is to work with a varied array of Private Sector clients such as Private Developers and Commercial Occupiers who work with a range of Commercial Properties throughout Birmingham and the East Midlands.

You will be given tailored APC support that will include covering all core Building Surveying competencies with both a Project/Professional focus in order to work towards MRICS Chartership.

The Role of the Successful Assistant Building Surveyor

Will include;

  • Building Surveys
  • Pre-acquisition Surveys
  • Defect Diagnosis
  • Dilapidations
  • Contract Admin

The Successful Assistant Building Surveyor

Will have;

  • 1+ years Building Surveying experience (Private Practice)
  • MSc/BSc in Building Surveying
  • A client-facing demeanour
  • Committed to career progression
  • Strong communication skills
  • Be self-motivated, ambitious and organised

In Return, the Successful Assistant Building Surveyor
