The Quantity Surveyor Role

This is an ideal time for a Quantity Surveyor to join the consultancy as it embarks on an exhilarating phase of expansion. Positioned in a dynamic, multidisciplinary team of approximately 40 professionals from diverse sectors, the successful Quantity Surveyor will play a pivotal role in a broad spectrum of upcoming projects.

Operating from their central Birmingham office, the newly appointed Quantity Surveyor will engage across the entire project lifecycle in sectors including Commercial, Residential, Hospitality, and Education (both Higher and Further), as well as Mixed-Use developments.

The Quantity Surveyor

The successful Quantity Surveyor will have:

A RICS Accredited degree qualification
MRICS or currently working towards
A solid QS background within a UK Consultancy
Good pre & post contract experience
