The new Associate Director Building Surveyor will play a critical role in spearheading business development initiatives, managing client relationships, and nurturing the growth of the Manchester team.

Tasked with delivering professional services across a diverse array of sectors including commercial, industrial, education, public, heritage, hotel & leisure, and retail, the Associate Director Building Surveyor will focus on dilapidations and technical due diligence.

The Associate Director Building Surveyor

• A degree in Building Surveying
• Chartered with MRICS
• Previous experience within a consultancy environment
• Varied sector experience is beneficial
