Once all designs and planning applications have been approved, it is then we bring all to reality. We oversee the full construction process from start to handover. All our own staff and contractors who we use and monitor regularly take great pride in the work.
Our success is our attention to detail, so weather we are laying the foundations or hanging the curtains the same attention to detail and care goes into both. Your project weather it is a single room or large scale development will have a project manager on site daily.
We endeavour to make the build process as pleasurable as the design process and to deliver the project on time. We are realistic with our time schedules and allowances are given to each trade for any over run enabling us to deliver the project on time.
